Here is what i think. Personally, i don't think you are ready and to be honest, you have a long way to go.

As far as i can see, you started playing not even a month ago (18th of November) with 40 hours of playing time (a lot of those hours have been acquired by being at spectators over night, doing nothing other than pumping hours; yes i have seen you few times doing it) which means you are a new player to us and for us to actually accept someone as being an admin, it takes a lot, at least personally for me. We need to get to know you and we need to trust you, that's definitely not something i can say for you as of this moment.

Another thing i would like to mention is the way you responded to your previous application thread. I will just leave the link to that application here so in case someone wants to check what i am talking about, they can: sparta-clan.freeforums.net/thread/1921/admin-aplication. That's definitely not a behavior i wanna see from an admin.

Best advice i can give you, if you really wanna be an admin on our servers, is to keep playing. Let us get to know you, make some ban requests here and there to show us that you can actually spot a cheater, pay attention to your attitude and then, who knows, things might change You gotta show us that YOU actually deserve to be an admin. Show us what YOU bring to us, to this clan, why it should be YOU who stands out from everyone else. Hope you understand what i mean
