Hello Przemek, i completely agree with cvijetić, your attitude and behavior towards other players in the game is definitely not acceptable by someone who wants to be an admin. Also, the fact that your attitude is like that and has been ever since i know you from the server, means it would take you a very long time to change it (if possible at all), to change my opinion about you and your attitude. Personally for me, it would take months of you not being the way you are now, for me to actually believe that your attitude has changed because you can't just stop being like that for a week or two and say "hey, i have changed, my attitude is acceptable now". Something like that takes time, if possible at all. Another thing that has been mentioned is that you haven't made any ban requests so far and you have been playing at our server for 6 months already. You also don't even have a Discord account yet so i can't really see how can you actually help us.
If you really wanna be an admin at our server, you have to do some changes. First and foremost, you need to change your attitude right away and as i have already said, not change it just for a week or two, but change it permanently. Next step would be creating a Discord account, joining our Sparta channel, be a part of the community there and actually help us from time to time with both reporting cheaters and actually recording/uploading demos of cheaters. Show us that you have changed, help us sometimes against the cheaters and we'll see then
