My opinion still didn't change from the first time when you applied for an admin. - Experienced - Has a needed game knowledge to spot cheaters, which he proved with many previous demos, including the last one where he helped to catch blitz.nl - Actually willing to put in the work in catching cheaters with his recording and not leaving it just on the words itself - Active on discord - Positive attitude and a good guy, which is needed to be a good representative as an admin I would also like to give you a small advice that i personally followed. When i joined as an admin, i wasn't 100% sure how things work here and what's the procedure at certain situation so, to avoid doing mistakes, when something new would happen that i didn't deal with prior to that (doesn't matter if situation happened on or off the server) i would always first contact some of the admins who were here for way longer and know the procedure (in my case, i annoyed Alexx and purrcunt with my questions  ), or simply just ask in the Discord admin channel, what to actually do in that certain situation. I am mentioning this because of the situation with you being admin on that other server and being removed due to that. If you're not 100% sure of what to do and how to act, you can ask some other admin for help. That way you are sure you are not doing any mistakes and you avoid unnecessary problems later. I personally did it like that and i can say it works flawlessly
